Commencing at the northwest comer of said Lot 84; thence North 89 degrees 28 minutes 31 seconds East parallel with
the north line of the said quarter section a distance of 33.69 feet to the Point of Beginning; thence South 45 degrees
21 minutes 19 seconds East a distance of 70.07 feet to the east line of said Lot 84 (the following three courses are
