THIS INDENTURE WITNESSETH: That Clay Township of Hamilton County,
Indiana (hereinafter the "Grantor"), hereby gives and dedicates to the Hamilton County Board of
Commissioners (hereinafter "Grantee"), for public right-of-way purposes only, all right title and
interest it now has in the real estate situated in Hamilton County, Indiana, and described and
illustrated in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a part hereof.
This Dedication is made subject to all existing easements, rights -of -ways and other
encumbrances of record.
This conveyance of real estate is not subject to Indiana gross income tax.
