We understand your concerns regarding access into your property' from Southbound Rangeline Road, and feel these modifications will meet your needs. In attempt to satisfy the needs of both the City of Carmel and Ace Hardware, our consultants have prepared the attached alternate entrance plan for the Ace Hardware store located on the Northeast corner of Rangeline Road and Winona Drive. This plan will allow southbound traffic to tum left into your property from Rangeline Road, but will restrict vehicles from turning left onto Rangeline Road when exiting your property. We believe this configuration meets the needs of Ace Hardware without creating a safety h.azard to motorists approaching the intersection at City Center Drive. In order to construct the drive as illustrated, the City also needs to obtain the enclosed Right of Entry for the temporary use of the additional area of ground required to construct this modified drive.
