Prov. R/W $1,600.00, Total Consideration $107,830.00. It is understood between the parties hereto and their successors in title, and made a covenant herein which shall run with the land, that the land hereinbefore described on page 1 of Exhibit "A" is quitclaimed in fee simple and not merely for right of way purposes, and that no reversionary rights whatsoever are intended to remain in Grantor. Notwithstanding, the land described on page 2 of Exhibit "A" is transfered as a temporary right of way and shall revert to Grantor upon completion of the street construction project that necessitated this transfer.
