This Dedication is made subject to all easements, agreements, restrictions and rights-of-
way of record and is not subject to the Indiana Corporate Gross Income Tax.

Works and Safety, under and by virtue of the power conferred upon it by statutes of the State

Part of the Southeast quarter of the Southeast quarter of Section 5, Township 17
North, Range 4 East of the Second Principal Meridian in Hamilton County,
Indiana, being a strip of land forty-five (45) feet in width lying north of the
following described line:
Beginning at the southwest corner of said quarter quarter; thence east along the
south line thereof a distance of 1336.59 feet to the southeast corner thereof and
the point of termination.
