Carmel Science and Technology Park Limited Partnership,
being the owner of all of the real estate which is the subject of
this Dedication does hereby dedicate to the public, for street
purposes, in consideration of One Dollar ($1.00) and other good
and valuable consideration, receipt of which is hereby
acknowledged, land in the City of Carmel, Clay Township, Hamilton
County, Indiana, described as follows:
Part of the Northwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter
of Section 35, Township 18 North, Range 3 East in
Marion County, Indiana, being more particularly
described as follows:
Commencing at the Northeast corner of the Northeast
Quarter of said Section 35, thence along the North line
of said Quarter Section South 88 degrees 40 minutes 34
seconds West 1327.79 feet to the Northeast Corner of
the Northwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of said
Section 35; thence continuing along said North line
South 88 degrees 40 minutes 34 seconds West 588.41 feet
to the Point of Beginning, said point being the point
of intersection of said North line with the centerline
of Meridian Street (formerly U.S. Route 31); thence
along said centerline South 35 degrees 25 minutes 50
seconds West 35.00 feet; thence South 54 degrees 34
minutes 10 seconds East 271.64 feet to a curve having a
radius of 535.00 feet, the radius point of which bears
North 35 degrees 25 minutes 50 seconds East; thence
Southeasterly alony said curve 250.30 feet to a point
which bears South 08 degrees 37 minutes 30 seconds West
of said radius point; thence South 81 degrees 22
minutes 30 seconds East 158.30 feet to a point on the
East line of said Quarter Quarter Section, said point
lies South 00 degrees 06 minutes 12 seconds East from
the Northeast Corner of said Quarter Quarter Section;
thence North 00 degrees 06 minutes 12 seconds West
70.82 feet along said East line; thence North 81
degrees 22 minutes 30 seconds West 147.55 feet to a
curve having a radius of 465.00 feet, the radius point
of which bears North 08 degrees 37 minutes 30 seconds
East; thence Northwesterly along said curve 217.55 feet
to a point on said curve which bears South 35 degrees
25 minutes 50 seconds West from said radius point;
thence North 54 degrees 34 minutes 10 seconds West
221.64 feet to a point on the North line of said
Quarter Quarter Section which lies North 88 degrees 40
minutes 34 seconds East 61.03 feet from said point of
beginning; thence South 88 degrees 40 minutes 34
seconds West 61.03 feet to the Point of Beginning,
containing 1.04 acres, more or less.

ACCEPTANCE OF DEDICATION
The City of Carmel, Hamilton County, Indiana, acting by and
through its Board of Public Works, does hereby accept the
foregoing dedication for street purposes wherein Carmel Science
and Technology Park Limited Partnership is the Dedicator and the
City of Carmel is the entity to whom said dedication is made, all
as set out above, and pursuant to such acceptance assumes
responsibility for the maintenance of said street subject to the
bond provided by the icator.
