Dear Friends: I am more than a little upset over the way the curb
cuts are being installed at the south entrance to Mohawk Place.
The approach is poured on the Mueller Property which is right next to
ours and it appears that we are to have a 12 to 14% grade into the
property.
This will, as it appears to me, restrict the use of the drive in any
foul weather and will discontinue the use of the parking area which is
now there.
Unless we can come to some agreement to a change in the construction
we will absolutely be compelled to try for a restraining order to halt
the project until something can be agreed upon.
We are sorry to take this approach but if this construction continues
as planned we will be greatly harmed.
