EASEMENT
THIS INDENTURE WITNESSETH, that the undersigned, as grantors and sole
owners of land in Hamilton County, Indiana, more definitely described
below, through, over and upon which will pass a public highway which it is
proposed by the City of Carmel, Indiana, to improve, hereby grant, bargain
and convey to the City of Carmel, Indiana, for temporary right of way,
lands as described below and located by surveys and shown on plans on file
in the Office of the City Engineer of the City of Carmel, Indiana, to -wit:
The following described right of way is temporary right of way for
the purpose of constructing a storm sewer connection from new storm sewer
to -an existing inlet on grantor's property and will revert to the grantor
upon completion of said project: A part of the Southwest Quarter. of
Section 31, Township 18 North, Range 4 East, City of Carmel, Hamilton
County, Indiana described as follows: Commencing at the southwest corner
of said section; thence North 1 degree 51 minutes 30 seconds West 963.00
feet along the west line of said section; thence North 89 degrees 08
minutes 15 seconds East 50.00 feet to the point of beginning of this
description, which point is on the south line of the owner's land; thence
North 1 degree 51 minutes 30 seconds West 37.87 feet; thence North
88 degrees 08 minutes 3D seconds East 15.00 feet; thence South.1 degree
51 minutes 30 seconds East 38.13 feet to the south line of the owner's
land; thence South 89 degrees 08 minutes 15 seconds West 15.00 feet along
said south line to the pointiof beginning and containing 0.013 acres,
more or less.
