We have reviewed the latest submittal for this project and have the following comments:
Engineering:
Comment 8. An SSD needs to be placed under the proposed swale. The contour lines of the swale need to tie into the
existing contour lines at the stream bank. Also, a rock chute needs to be placed at the end of the swale and SSD extending
from the top of the stream bank to the toe of the slope. Please show this on plan view and provide a detail.
Comment 9. The construction limits seem to be different on pages C102 and C501.They should be consistent throughout the
whole set and should include all areas of disturbance. Also, we would like to see them on the C203 and C204.
SWPPP:
Comment 15. The disturbance on the east side appears to show temporary seeding or concrete immediately adjacent to the
building addition. Which will this be? Also, the silt worm needs to encompass the entire area of disturbance on the east side.
Additional Comment 1. Please show the anchoring method for the silt worm on the detail.
Additional Comment 2. Silt worm is not needed on the western perimeter of the new swale.
