These documents dedicate the right of way for Old Meridian Street along the southeast side of the Rose Development Carmel project, located in part of the Southeast Quarter, Section 26, Township 18 North, Range 3 East, Clay Township, Hamilton County, Indiana. The Department of Engineering has received construction plans for this project. Total acreage dedicated consists of 1.484 acres. On behalf of the City of Carmel, I would like to thank Mr. Rose and Edward Rose Development Carmel for this dedication of Right Of Way.
