THIS SECOND. LEASEAMENDEMENT (this "Second Amendment") is made and

:its Board of Public:Works and Safety ("Landlord") and T -Mobile Central LLC as successor -m -
interest to Omnipoint Communications Midwest Operations LLC, ("Tenant").
Recitals of Fact and Purpose:
A. Landlord and Tenant executed a.. Lease dated : as of April 19, 2000, a First
Amendment dated October 16, 2013 (the "Original- First Amendment") and an Amended and
Restated First Lease Amendment dated:Apri120,. 2016 (the "First Amendment'.?) (collectively the
"Lease"
), pursuant to.. which Landlord, leased to Tenant, certain premises - consisting .:° of
approximately: one hundred (100), aquare feet of ground space :on the; Land as well; as space on
the Tower at the height of 220 feet above ground level, all: as moreparticularly described in the
Lease (the "Premises').
B... The .parties desire to amend the. First Ameiidment to correct Exhibit: -A: and
accurately depict::the location of additional equipment .that the Tenant has installed at the.:.
Premises.
NOW, THEREFORE; in consideration of the premises and other -good and valuable
consideration, the receipt- and sufficiency of which are hereby acknowledged, and intending to be
legally bound hereby, the parties -hereto agree to amend the Lease as follows:
1.: Recitals and Capitalized= Terms. : The foregoing recitals are herein incorporated as
though are set forth in their entirety. Capitalized terms used but not specifically defined in this
Second Amendment shall have the meanings ascribed to them: in the Lease, unless a different
,meaning is clearlv. required by the context hereof
2. - -Correction of Exhibit A. Pursuant to the First. Amendment, Tenant. has installed
certain additional equipment on -the Premises, which additional equipment was described' in the

First Amendment: -as being::at the 152 foot RAD Center on the. tower structure. .:Tenant's.::
additional equipment was actually: installed_ at the 170, foot RAD Center-. ;'Accordingly, the First
Amendment is amended. to delete references to 152 foot RAD: Center_. on :the tower.structure and
replace it with 170 foot RAD Center -on the tower structure. Tenant: shall only have -the right to .
locate its equipment at 170 foot RAD Center on the tower structure as shown on Exhibit.A::
attached hereto and incorporated. herein. Exhibit A to the First. Amendment is hereby deleted and
replaced. With it A attached ereto:
