ADDITIONAL SERVICES AMENDMENT TO
AGREEMENT FOR PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
THIS AMENDMENT TO THE.AGREEMENT FOR PROFESSIONAL SERVICES ("Agreement") entered into
by and between the City of Carmel and American Structurepoint, Inc. (the "Professional"), as City Contract dated
April 6, 2016. shall amend the terms of the Agreement by,adding the additional services to be provided by
Professional consistent with the Scope of Work attached hereto and incorporated herein as Exhibit "A". The terms
and conditions of the Agreement shall not otherwise be affected by this Additional Services Amendment and shall
remain in full force and effect.

SCOPE OF WORK
American Structurepoint,Inc.will provide the following onsite analysis and CAD Management tasks:
1. Assessment and other tasks as specified as onsite will be done at City of Carmel location and will be 8
hours per week until completion of project,June 30,2017: Others tasks that can be completed offsite
will be done so and documented in progress updates.
2. Assessment of Autocad environment that will include the following:
a. Meet with City of Carmel representative to discuss overall desirable environment including
future Autocad upgrade opportunities and acclimate to office
b. Meet with all Autocad users(not more than 3 per meeting and preferably by work type)to
determine current usage,support files(fonts,linetypes,plotters,lisp routines,drawing
templates)used and discuss desirable workflows for each individual
c. Identify and evaluate current support files and standards(blocks, layers,text styles,dimension
styles,drawing templates)
d. Provide documentation detailing next step tasks after meetings and evaluation are complete
3. Organization of Support File and Standards
a. Develop folder structure and copy Autocad support files and standards into central location
b. American Structurepoint will need full read/write access to this location
4. Customize Autocad
a. Implement centralized support files and standards
i. Utilizing lisp routines or other native Autodesk tools
b. American Structurepoint will need access to a pc within the environment to test customizations
5. Training
a. Meet with all Autocad users(all together)to train on new environment
6. Support
a. Follow up onsite to support for staff after implementation,4 hour increments
7. Removal of Previous Versions
a. Remove previous versions of support files and standards from initial locations
8. . Recommendations
a. If Civil 3D is determined to be Autocad software of use,recommend styles to enhance standards
via PDF document
b. .Recommend Autocad upgrade process(which software,subscription,installation packages)via
PDF document
9. Documentation
a: Progress updates via email to City of Carmel representative
b. Organization of central support files to be completed prior to training staff on new environment
c. Process for loading custom environment(support files and standards)
d. Standards implemented,location and primary utilization method to be completed prior to
training staff on new environment
