A water main presently exists'at the east property line on the south side of 122nd Street. This main shall be extended to Pennsylvania Street along the south side of 122nd Street. Sanitary Sewers: Sanitary sewer service shall be provided by the Clay -. Waste District. A conditional permit has been acquired for 30,750 G.P.D. This is the same amount reserved for the present owner who is one of the original guarantors of the Meridian Corridor project.
