Plan Update At the June 3, 1991 Carmel City Council meeting, members of the public addressed a list of concerns to the Council. In my opinion, these questions deserve a comment or an answer by HNTB, a member of the Plan Commission and a member of the Comprehensive Plan Steering Committee.
