AMENDMENT TO PERFORMANCE AGREEMENT
THIS AMENDMENT TO THE PERFORMANCE AGREEMENT ("Agreement") entered into by and between the City of
Carmel and Michael Stoddart (the "Vendor"), as City Contract dated February 5, 2018 shall amend the terms of the
Agreement as follows:
Paragraph 2 of the Performance Agreement shall be amended to read:
"Payment. The payment terms for the Performer are set forth in Exhibit A. In addition to these payment terms, the
City shall also provide the Performer a second single guest room night of accommodation at The Renaissance, to be
paid for by the City, in order for the Performer to be available to assist the City in the delivery and maintenance of the
carving ice to be used in the Performance."
The remaining terms and conditions of the Agreement shall not otherwise be affected by this Additional Services
Amendment and shall remain in full force and effect.
