RE: LETTER OF ASSIGNMENT OF CONTRACT—Company Name Change for Cleaning Services
This letter of assignment of contract, dated February 21, 2019 is to formally establish our cleaning
service relationship under a new company name. Due to growth & expansion into other areas of the
business,Service First Cleaning has changed its name to 360 Properties, LLC.
Pursuant to the service contract already in effect for your facility located at 31 1st NW, Carmel, IN 46032,
all cleaning services &obligations will continue as agreed & previously established by the service
agreement.
Monthly Investment:There will be no change in the monthly investment of services and will remain the
same at$350.00 per month.
Scheduled Cleaning Days: Wednesday, Friday(2x's per week)
The above letter of assignment of the cleaning contract is agreed to& approved by:
