1. Provide complete description and ingredient list of each item
(including allergens) to IU North a minimum of 48 hours prior to
delivery. Email to vsmith12@iuhealth.org
2. Assurance that restaurant staff have all followed proper food
safety and handling procedures when preparing food and also
throughout the delivery and receiving process.
3. Deliveries:
a. The food is to be brought to 11700 N Meridian St, Carmel,
IN 46032 north B entrance the one with the circular drive.
Arrive at 12pm (as close to the time as possible) and then
call Ginny at 317-809-0344 to alert her that the food has
arrived.
b. Delivery staff should wear gloves and mask.
4. All food is to be individually pre-packaged before delivery and
labeled with an appropriate expiration date.
