An Executive Session was held by the Carmel/Clay Board of Parks and Recreation, pursuant to notice, on
Tuesday, May 12, 2020, with Board Members participating electronically by ZOOM call using Meeting ID
965 6921 4478. Board President Taylor called the meeting to order at 5:02 p.m.
The purpose of the meeting was held pursuant to Indiana Code Section 5-14-1.5-6.1(b)(2)(D)(i): “For
discussion of strategy with respect to the purchase of real property by the governing body prior to the time
a contract or option is executed by the parties.”
No subject matters were discussed other than the subject matters specified in the public notice.
Board President Taylor adjourned the meeting at 5:59 p.m.
