Board President Taylor called the meeting to order at 5:02 p.m. The purpose of the meeting was held pursuant to Indiana Code Section 5-14-1.5-6.1(b)(2)(D)(i): “For discussion of strategy with respect to the purchase of real property by the governing body prior to the time a contract or option is executed by the parties.” No subject matters were discussed other than the subject matters specified in the public notice.
