The Board of Trustees of Carmel met in extra session Oct. 15th., 1915
at the call of the Clerk to select an Inspector for the election Nov. 199

The minutes of the previous meeting were read and ado;ted.
The following election officer, were unanimously selected by the Board
Isaac Bals~ for Inspector.
Verne Patty and D.W. Puokett for Election Co~nissioner~.
0otober 22nd., 1915 was set for the p~rpose of nominating persons for
the following offices . A trustee for the 2nd. ward? A trustee for
the Fourth ward 2 Marshal], and Clerk Treasurer
