The Bnard met all members being Dr~seDt except Hodgin.
The question of the Uillow Street Sidewalk ~as brought before
the Board by Fred W. Johnson, Fred ErOsion, R. L. George and
Luther Anthon. These property owners objected to the walk
because it had scaled off at the seams. It was agreed by
th~ Board that th~ contractor should repair these places
before receiving pay for the walk.
