The o~ficers of the Oarmel Horse Show Association were present and petitioned.the Board to grant them the privilige of sanding, oiling and rolling Main st. one square each way ( north and south) from the cross st. said street to be used For the pur- pose of showing horses, they also asked board to grant them the use of west main st. from the I.U.T. line to main cross st. tobe used for concessions.
