Board m~t in regular session all members being present except
Johnmon. ~inutes of previous meeting were read and approved.
Pay roll was presented by Marshal John Booth for'
Bill was allowsd.
This bill contained claim of Leander Brunson for
for @ hrs. work with two teams at .80 cts. per hour. ~otion was
mads b~ Daubenspeck and seconded by Hawkins that bill be cut ~®* 1
hr. making it $5.60. ~otion was carried.
A Remolution was read releasing Main St. by County to town
Carmel. Motion made by Hall and meconded by Hawkins that Resolut-
ien be adopted. Street accepted.Remolution follows.
Resolution providing for the construction of curbing for
~ain St. was then disscused but no action taken.
Meeting was continued until night of J~,S-rd,1910.
