The board took up the matter oF the remonstrance against the
construction of curbs on the east side of Eorth Mai~ Street)
after considering the matter they decided to go ahead and build
the curbs on both sides of the street, a vote was taken all
votin aye.
Specifications for the improvements on,aim and West ~..~aln
gtreets a~d ~ollege Avenue were read, wa~ moved by ~u~enspeck
and ~oconded by Hall thc. t specifications be adopted, all mem-
bers voting ~or it.
Bil~ for .75~ was allowed Ceorge Etoops for scraping
the streets.
Three new pump tops were ordered to be put om three to~wn
pu~ps.
