The Board mot at eight o'clock, with the following members
present: E. E. Sraall, Isaac Bales, John Lee, James Nutt and
IPanning Hall.
The claim of D. N. Deubecker for injury to an automobile
tire, while running through ashes on west Water street, was re-
ferred to the town ~attorneM.
The matter of the strict enforcement bM arrest, for the in-
fringement of the automobile state law, in reference to tail
lights on machines was before the Board. On motion of Ja~aes
Nutt, seconeded bM E. E. Sm~ll it was determined that the mar-
shal be instructed to notifp persons 9hue infringing and not
&frost them for the first offense. The vote was as follows:

The Board was reorganized for the coming year by the elec-
tion of James M. Nutt as president. The vote on the motion of
Bales, seconded by Lee to that effect, resulted:

The Board met February 6, at 8:00 o'clock with the. folloe-
ing members present: Lee, Hail, Bales, Small a'nd Nutt.
The water proposition was before the Board, and some dispo-
sition was asked so that an over~low would ~e prevented, in the
west part of town , in case of heavy rains. By consent of the
entire Board the town attorney was instructed to consult the
County Surveyor asking him to make a survey and determine the
proper direction to run a ditch to carry off the water.
By motion of Lee, seconded by Hall Dr. Ross Cooper was made
Health Officer for the year, the entire Board voting Yea. This
action was caused by the deqease of the HeaXth 0f~cer Dr. F. C.
Hershey.
The following claims were allowed by the vote of all mem-
bers of the Board:
