The Board met at the library with the following members present:
James M. Nutt, Dunning Hall, Isaac Bales, ~ohn I~e and Ej E. Small.
Oscar Applegate appeared before the board with& bill~fo~
$69.80 for building a cinder road on railro~i street. On motion,
second and vote of the Board the claim was allowed and ordered paid.
The following claims were also allowed:

William Wickersham appeared before the Board smd asked that
gravel be placed at the curbs on College avenue, so that the curbs
would not fall in. Dunning Hall and Isaac Bales were appointed
bM the president to examine the street conditions and order an
improvement, if they deemed it necessary.
