BOT 1933 (03-07 thru 05-02) March 7. 1933. The Board met at the City Hall at 7:30 P.M. on March 7. AI~ members were present. T~e minutes of the last meeting were read and approved. Also, to be deducted from the street light bill for lights that have been out. They were reported but there was some neglect in getting them roSaced. The Clerk was ordered to write to the Commissioners the Jess Johnson street. The Clerk was ordered to draft a letter to the citisens in regard to cleaning up - this letter to be approved at the coming meeting-of the Board. No further h$iness, April 4, 1933. T. Foster was elected chairman of t~e meeting, and R. J. Follett, secretary. M. Eendall was nominated Trustee of Ward Ne.1 o 27 votes. ~verett Harvey was nominated in Ward Nol2 - 2? votes.. Fred PfAtenhauer and Otis Bratten were nominated for Trustee in Ward No.3. On vote, Fred Pfotenhauer received 23 votes and 0. Bratten received 4. Fred Pfotenhauer w~s declared duly nom- inateS. Herbert Lamb and R. A. Cooper were nominated in the 4th Ward. Herbert Lamb received 19 votes and R. A. Cooper received 10 votes. Herbert Lamb received 19 votes and was declared duly nom- ina~ed Trustee?in ~ard No.4. Fred ~. Johnson was nomi~atsd as Trustee in Ward No.4. The three receiving the largest number of votes at the November Election will serve.for ~(four) years, ahd the two receiviag the smallest namber of votes, to serve for 2~two) For Clerk, the following were nominated:- A. B. Clay~ool, Elmer Strattan, end A. C. Jewett. On the first ballott, the vote stood as follows:- Claypool Strattan 10 ~3ewett 4 Necessary for nomination . 16 routes. No nomination, A. C.
