Chas Eubanks and Pearl Tvans were present request%rig a sewer be
repaired adequate to take care of water on west main street.
Jeffries requested a larger tile be laid.
Vogenberger moved~West seconded tohave ditch repaired,whatever
is necessary,motion carried.
Vogenberger moved~West seconded to accept proposel of Union
State Bank,of 8armel to accept funds of Town of Carmel on
deposit. Meetint adjourned.

A petition with seventy-nine signers to build and maintain
a public rest room wasread and tabled fer luther consideration
Vogenberger moved that the Clerk send each signer a post card
requesting their presence at the next board meeting.
O.A.Brattain requested a raise in salary of ~0.00 per month.
Nutt gored to grant the request,paying the added $80.00 from
water fund. Vogenberger seconded,motion carried.
