A request was read from Dr.Cooperto drain the street north of his
home on lst.AVe.N.W.St. Commissioner was instructed to repair
with black top.
Bird,Watson and Pickett appeared in regard to disagreement on
property lines. West moved, seconded by Nutt to accept proposal
ofC.Bird, and buy quit claim deed at price of $150. accepted.
