The boara met in Special session to consimer black topping ~ater
otreet. Owners of abbutting property hau been invited to be
present and express their wishes. 17 appeared.
The Pres. saim the first reason for the proposed street
improvement was a petition filed by ~arcus Kendall years ago.
The second, She roads were filled too high with gravel,due to
not oeing able to secure suitable materials muting the war.
When the street is built, with property owners bearing their
part of the expense, any further repairs are to be paid by the
to~n. Payment may be mame by cash or improvement bonds bearing
5~ inst.
