All members were present. Minutes of last meeting were read and
adopted.
Rue Hinshaw, having moved out of the corporation, tendered
his resignation, as trustee, which was accepted by the board.

Wm. Hash was sworn in to fill the vacancy created by Rue
Hlnsh~ws resignation.
Herman Nutt was elected to fill the presidents chair.
Minutes of last meeting were read and adopted.
Vogenberger moved, Dawson seconded, to continue our member-
ship in the Municipal League.
Virgil Thornberry was present ann inquired as to the pos-
sibllity of hiring a night watchman for Carmel. The matter was
tabled for further information.
