with Brooks absent.
The minutes of the previous meeting were read and approved.
A petition for a street light at the south side of Carmel
at the corner of Range Line Rd. ~nd Fourth Street ~. E. was presented
and recognized. The Street light was granted.
Dawson moved~ Hash second, that all new streets'wlz~ extend
from property line to property line and will have curo and gutter.

Board president Herman Nutt. In attendance were the following:
Dawson, Nutt, Hash, Compton~ and Brooks.
Moved by Dawson second by Hash the board approved the appoimtment
of Tom Jewett as Clerk-Treas. to succeed Mrs. Florence~Beaver.
