at 8:00 o~clocK ~ith the Clerk absent.
Mr. Ralph Neel was to be informed that the catch basin located at the
conner of his property on fifth street will be granted and installed
only upon his aggrement to maintaining the drain from said catch basin,
and that the To,,n of Carmel ~ill not be responsible for maintaining ali
or any portion of said arain after the installation ~f the catch Oasin.
