The undersigned exhibitor, the City of Carmel, Indiana, by and through its Board of Public
Works and Safety ("Exhibitor") hereby agrees to pay all costs and expenses arising from,
and hereby expressly releases the CarmeI-Clay Chamber of Commerce and the Ritz Charles
from, any and all liability for any injury, damage or loss to any person or property which
arises from the actions of Exhibitor related to its exhibit rental and occupation of exhibit
booth space at the Business to Business Fair ("Business Fair") held at the Ritz Charles on
November 15, 2000. Exhibitor further agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Carmel-
Clay Chamber of Commerce and the Ritz Chades and their respective directors, officers,
employees and agents from any loss or damage arising out of or in connection with any
damage or defacement of the exhibit booth surrounding area or other premises by Exhibitor,
and to repair, replace or restore to original condition the damaged or defaced item or
premises. Exhibitor will, at its own cost and expense, obtain all necessary insurance
coverage to enable it to meet its forgoing obligations.
Exhibitor further releases and discharges the CarmeI-Clay Chamber of Commerce and the
Business Fair and their respective directors, officers, employees and agents from any and all
liability for any loss, injury or damage to person or property that Exhibitor may sustain while
participating in the Business Fair and that does not occur from or as a result of the acts or
omissions of the Carreel-Clay Chamber of Commerce and/or the Business Fair.
