Dear Ms. Cordray:
This letter will serve to confirm for your records the fee
arrangement which we have discussed with you. Our fees are charged
at an hourly rate, based upon the actual time expended on the
matter by each attorney or paralegal. Our hourly rates currently
range from $65.00 to $175.00, depending upon the particular
attorney or paralegal providing the service. A statement will be
prepared and sent to you each month, which will detail the nature
of the work performed, the time expended, and the total fee due.
The statement will also contain a description of chargeable
expenses such as long-distance telephone charges, photocopies,
facsimile transmissions, express mail or delivery services. We
encourage you to contact us immediately if you should have any
questions regarding our statement. We have also enclosed a copy of
our Firm brochure and hope that you find it helpful and
informative.
We will endeavor to keep you informed of developments as and
when they occur. We suggest you maintain a separate file to serve
as a central location for correspondence and other documents you
will be receiving from us on this matter.
