EXECUTIVE ORDER
JB-2005-1
WHEREAS, excess funds exist in the 2005 fiscal year Department of
Administration Budget and the Mayor's Office Budget; and,
NOW, THEREFORE, I James Brainard, the duly elected Mayor of the City of Carmel,
Indiana, pursuant to Indiana Code Section 36-4-7-8, which authorizes me to decrease
budget appropriations after the passage of the city's appropriation ordinance, do hereby
order and direct that the following funds within the Del~artment of Administration and
Mayor's Office be decreased in the amounts and from the Mine items set forth below; '
