AGREEmeNT
THIS AGREEmeNT made and entered into this
82 , by and between the City of Carmel
9th day of August
and the City of Noblesville, Indiana, WITNESSETH:
~{EREAS, the City of Noblesville has in operation complete dog
pound facilitiesi and
City .0~ Ca~me~
is desirous of sending all its stray dogs and cats to the City of
Noblesville for impounding and the City of Noblesville is agreeable
to receiving said dogs and cats~
NOW THEREFORE, the parties agree as follows:
1983
1. For and during the year the City of Noblesville,
Indiana, will receive all stray dogs-'knd ca~s delivered to the City
of Noblesville by the city of Carmel
and impound th~m in the City of Noblesville's dog pound.
2. That* the City of Noblesville will care for ar:d make disposition
of said dogs and cats
in accordance with the statutes of the State of
3. For such services the
City of Carmel
agrees to pay the City of Noblesville the sum of Three Thousand an~t
.thirty-six ($ 3036 ) for the year 1983
