Carmel/Noblesville/Stray DogsAGREEMENT~
THIS AGREEMENT made and entered this // day of
~.'~/~j , 1975, by and between the Town of Carmel, Indiana
and the City of ~oblesville, Indiana, WITNESSETH:
~WHEREAS,. ~he City of. Noblesville has now., or is in the
process oft constructing a dog pound and,
~WHEREAS, the Town of C~r~el is desirous of sending~all
its stray dogs to-the City of No~lesville for impounding, and
the City of Noblesville is agreeable to receiving said dogs.
NQW THEREFORE~ the parties agree as follows:
1. For and during the year. 1975, the City of Noblesville,
Indiana, will receive~all stray 'dogs delivered to the City
by the Town of Carmel, Indiana,' and impound them in the C~ty
of Noblesville's dog pound.
2. That the City of Noblesville will care for and
make disposition of.said~ dogs in accordance with the
statutes of the State of Indiana.
3. ~or. su~h s~rvices the Town of Carmel, Indiana agrees
to pay the City of Noblesville the sumof Two Thousand Dollars
for ~he year, 1975.
