1978, by,a~nd between THE BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS OF THE CITY OF
CARMEL, INDIANA, hereafter referred to as "Board", and WOODLAND
COUNTRY CLUB, INC., hereafter referred to as "Corporation"
WITNESSETH:
WHEREAS, the Corporation is desirous of connectin.g dertain
of their facilities to the sewer system of Carmel, Indiana, and
WIIEREAS, the Board is agreeable to permitting such connec-
tion upon the Corporhtion agreeing to pay certain predetermined
charges and agreeing to certain other conditions, and
~?HEREAS, .the Corporation has heretofore submitted plans and
specifications of the Corporation's sewer facilities to the city
engineer for his approval and such plans have been approved by
the city engineer.
NOW THEREFORE, the parties agree as follows:
1. The parties acknowledge that Ordinances of the City of
Carmel'require payment of hn availability and connection charge
. prior to connection to city sewers. Attached hereto and marked
"Exhibit A" is a calculation of the water usage and resulting
sums to be paid by the Corporation to the City for availability
and connection charges prior to connection. In the.event the
Clay Township Regional Waste District constructs a sewer system
which would require connection of the Corporation's sewer line to
such Waste District's system, then in that event, the Cor[2oration .
will be given credit for payments made hereunder against any
charges made by such Waste District for connection and
ability charge~..

2. The BQard hereby grants th'e Corporation the right to

3. The Corporation agrees for themselves, their successors

for annexation of the real estate outlined in red on "Exhibit
