Gentlemen:
The undersigned'being the.present owners of the Mohawk
Hillp ~partment Complex~loc.ated at the corner of 126th
Street and Keystone Avenue, Carmel, Indiana, do hereby
acknowledge and reaffirm a certain licensing agreement
dated October 22, 1969, and recorded November 10, 1969,
in Book 116, page 73 in the office of the Recorder,
Hamilton County, Indiana, (copy of which is attached
hereto and made a part hereof), and it is hereby under-
stood and agreed that said License shall grant, cover,
include, and pertain to the total apartment complex and
appurtenances thereto as presently exist or as may herein-
after exist.
