WHEREAS, the City of Noblesville has in operation complete
dog. pound facilities;
WHEREAS, thC/TY "F ~lImev is desirous of sending all
its stray dogs and cats to the City of Noblesville for impounding,
and the City of Noblesville is agreeable to receiving said dogs
and cats;
NOW, THEREFORE, the parties agree as follows:
1. For and during the year /7&Z' the City of Noblesville,
Indiana, will receive all stray dogs and cats delivered to the City
of Noblesville by the

in the City of Noblesville's dog pound.
2. That the City of Noblesville will care for and make
disposition of said dogs and cats in accordance with the statutes
of the State of Indiana.
