Kirsh Others Present: Michael Klitzing, Director; Kurtis Baumgartner, Assistant Director An Executive Session was held by the Carmel/Clay Board of Parks and Recreation, pursuant to notice, on Saturday, February 26, 2022, in the Conference Room at the CCPR Administrative Offices, located at 1411 East 116th Street, Carmel, Indiana 46032. Board President Taylor called the meeting to order at approximately 9:00 a.m. The meeting was held pursuant to Indiana Code § 5-14-1.5-6.1(b)(2)(D)(i): For discussion of strategy with respect to the purchase of real property by the governing body prior to the time a contract or option is executed by the parties. No subject matter was discussed other than the subject matter specified in the public notice regarding IC § 5-14-1.5-6.1(b)(2)(D)(i).
