Roll Call and Call to Order
Board President Taylor welcomed everyone to the Park Board Meeting and asked Mr. Rude to call the roll.
After Mr. Rude stated there was a quorum, Board President Taylor called the meeting to order at 9:45 a.m.
New Business
Consideration of Resolution G-2022-001 regarding an Interest in the Purchase of Real Estate – Michael
Klitzing
Director Klitzing provided an overview of Resolution G-2022-001 regarding an interest in the purchase of a
one-acre parcel of property available for purchase located at 12085 Rover Road in Carmel, Indiana. Mr.
Garretson made a motion to waive the reading of Resolution of G-2022-001 and enter it into action. The
motion was seconded by Ms. Kristunas and unanimously passed 9 – 0.
Mr. Kirsh made a motion to approve Resolution G-2022-001. The motion was seconded by Mr. Rude and
unanimously passed 9 – 0.
Adjournment
There being no further business, a motion was made by Mr. Kirsh, seconded by Mr. Garretson, to adjourn the
meeting at 9:50 a.m.
