SPECIAL MEETING MINUTES
THURSDAY, NOVEMBER 3, 2022 – 8:00 A.M.
COUNCIL CHAMBERS/CITY HALL/ONE CIVIC SQUARE
MEETING CALLED TO ORDER
Council President Kevin D. Rider; Council Members: Adam Aasen, Anthony Green, Miles Nelson,
Timothy Hannon and Deputy Clerk Jacob Quinn were present.
Councilors Laura Campbell, Sue Finkam, Jeff Worrell, Timothy Hannon and H. Bruce Kimball were not
present.
Council President Rider called the meeting to order at 8:00 a.m.
CLAIMS
Councilor Green moved to approve Claims. Councilor Nelson seconded. There was no Council
discussion. Council President Rider called for the vote. Claims were approved 5-0.
1. Payroll $3,177,786.15 and $3,206,964.71
2. General Claims $3,710,438.74
ADJOURNMENT
Council President Rider adjourned the meeting at 8:02 a.m.
