A Workshop was held by the Carmel/Clay Board of Parks and Recreation, pursuant to notice, on Tuesday,
August 22, 2023, in the Conference Room at the CCPR Administrative Offices located at 1411 East 116th
Street, Carmel, Indiana 46032. The Workshop convened at 6:00 p.m.
Leon Younger, Will Younger, and Phil Parnin of PROS Consulting presented to the Park Board initial findings
from public input that was received in preparation of the 2024-2028 Comprehensive Parks and Recreation
Master Plan. Discussion followed the presentation. The Workshop concluded at approximately 7:30 p.m.
