An Executive Session was held by the Carmel/Clay Board of Parks and Recreation, pursuant to notice, on Tuesday,
December 5, 2023, in the Conference Room at the Carmel Clay Parks & Recreation Administrative Offices located
at 1411 East 116th Street, Carmel, Indiana 46032. Board President Taylor called the meeting to order at
approximately 4:05 p.m.
The meeting was held pursuant to Indiana Code § 5-14-1.5-6.1(b)(2)B): For discussion of strategy with respect to
initiation of litigation or litigation that is either pending or has been threatened specifically in writing.
No subject matter was discussed other than the subject matter specified in the public notice regarding Indiana
Code § 5-14-1.5-6.1(b)(2)B).
Board President Taylor adjourned the meeting at approximately 5:00 p.m.
