Board President Taylor asked Mr. Rude to call the role. Mr. Rude announced there was a quorum. Board
President Taylor called the meeting to order at 5:06 p.m.
Mr. Garretson made a motion to file the complaint and temporary restraining request, seconded by
Ms. Kristunas, and passed 7 – 0 with 2 abstentions (Ms. Holle, Mr. Kirsh).
Ms. Kristunas made a motion to authorize the Park Board President to sign the complaint and any necessary
documents regarding this matter on behalf of the Park Board, seconded by Mr. Rude, and unanimously passed
9 – 0.
Mr. Rude made a motion to adjourn the meeting, seconded by Ms. Kristunas. With no objections, Board President
Taylor adjourned the meeting at 5:08 p.m.
