Hope you had a nice weekend. This article was mentioned on today’s news so I pulled it up. It lists what you
need to earn by state in order to be considered “rich” and probably “very rich” (i.e., Top 20%; Top 5%). Indiana is
not ranked very high but the numbers make it appear that if one doesn’t have much money saved, even the Top
20% figure could make home ownership tricky in Carmel. Hope you find the information useful as it relates to the
