The Carmel Plan Commission took the following action at its December 18, 2007 meeting regarding the
Primary Plat application for 126 lots on 83.34 acres located at the 6600 block of E. 146[11 St, Canlle],
Indiana.
APPROVED: The Legacy (Residential Phase 1), Docket No. 07070058PP. The application was
approved as presented to the Plan Commission.
In order to assist the Department's review, please attach a copy of this letter when making application
for permits regarding the improvements contained within this approvaL
