This letter is being sent to confirm that the zoning and permitting authority, the City of Carmel,
Hamilton County, IN agrees that AT &T Mobility is not required to obtain further zoning
approvals with respect to the improvements being performed as described below at the existing
wireless telecommunication facility at the address below. Based upon review of the plans, the
City of Carmel certifies that AT &T Mobility meets all zoning requirements and that no further
zoning approvals are needed regarding the proposed installation at this existing
telecommunications site.
Following is the tower location and the type of work being performed:

antennas and replacing three of the existing 1 5/8"diameter coax lines with smaller
