ORDINANCENO. Z 1,AS AMENDED, PASSED BY THE TOWN BOARD OF CARMEL, INDIANA,
ON THE 21ST DAY OF DECEMBER, 1957, UNDER AUTHORITY OF CHAPTER 171E OF THE ACTS
011947, AND ALL ACTA AMENDATORY OR SUPPLEMENTAL THERETO, OF THE GENERAL
ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF INDIANA:
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THETC»TN OF CARMEL, INDIANA THAT.
ORDINANCE NO. Z 1,AS AMENDED, IS HEREBY AMENDED AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION
That the Zone Map, identified as "CARMEL, INDIANA, JURISDICTIONAL AREA, ZONE
MAP, SHEET 2 of 2 AND DATED 1961, which accompanies and is a part of said
Zoning Ordinance No. Z -1, as amended, is hereby changed as follows:
A. A B -4 Shopping Center District, represented by a B -4 symbol dimension
ed on said Zone Map is hereby established at a location where the exact
center of a point by a B -1E District symbol is at a point 1670 feet east
of the west line of Section 31, T 18 N, R.4 1, and 1100 feet north of the
south line of said Section 31 and at 90 degrees therewith.
B. An area described as follows,, and consisting of 19.48 acres, is here-
137 reclassified from the R -1 Residence _Distract to the R -4 Residence
District on said Zome Map:
Description the same as on Planning Commission Resolution.
C. An area described as follows, and consisting of 15.25 acres, is hereby
reclassified from the R -1 Residence District to the R -4E Residence District
on said Zone Map:
Description same as on Planning Commission Resolution.
SECTION 2.
This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage.
Passed by the Town Board of Carmel, Indiana on this 9th day of August, 1966.

31; thence south at 90 730 feet; thence west at 90
950 feet, to the east right -of -way line of North
Keystone Avenue; thence north 730 feet to the south
line of Section 31; thence east 950 feet to the place
of beginning; excepting right -of -way established
for North Keystone Avenue and 116th Street.
SECTION 2.
This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage.
